In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

16. Severability

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veianto Jiurevo regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
